All units are main level entry and most have 2 covered parking spaces. We provide a stove, refrigerator, and hookup for your washer and dryer. Our leases are for 12 months, and then month to month thereafter. Some of our tenants have stayed 5 to 10 years because they feel safe and at home living at Lynn Haven.
