Nestled in the heart of Auburn, the Park Hill apartments are in an exceptional location. These apartments are just a walk away from Auburn University and all your favorite local shops and restaurants. Park Hill is a small community consisting of 30 units of various sizes and floor plans. Most of the units were built in the 1940’s, during Auburn’s boom following the end of WW II. We have made some improvements to the units over the last few years, but they remain true to their basic 1940’s history. Most of our units have hardwood floors throughout, gas heat and A/C window units, and spacious rooms! Our two bedroom units are mostly cottage style units that stand alone.
