Regency Apartments is set behind Lineville Baptist Church here in Lineville. It is a quiet, clean and close knit community. We currently have a waiting list for our 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. We accept section 8 and emergency housing vouchers. This complex is income restricted. This complex has a NO PET policy. Please feel free to call or come by and fill out an application to be placed on our waiting list for one of our well kept units. Have a blessed day!
