We are a locally owned and operated! We offer townhome style apartments for our 2, 3, and 5 bedroom units, along with studios and 1 bedroom deluxe units! These units automatically include: water, WIFI, cable, trash, and pest control! We have a pool area, fenced in dog park, turfed green space, gym, and student lounge for our residents! A café operated by Ursula's catering is onsite as well! It is open M-F from 7am-2pm. Free coffee and popcorn are provided when open. They also sell breakfast and lunch items!
