This no-frills 1 bedroom apt is in a quiet and safe complex. Along with our respectful tenants, we strive to maintain a safe, quiet and respectful small community. There are other complexes and one trailer park in this neighborhood, which I have no control over their tenants. The complex is in full video surveillance. The pool is closed in winter and reopens from April to Oct. We have been improved the complex unit one by one since 2014. Almost all units have tile floor, new range, and fridge. Most of units have a brand new remodeled bathroom and kitchen with Granite countertop. Laundry room and swimming pool are only available for tenants and guests.
