Dunlap Pointe is a 54-unit permanent supportive housing community designed to serve chronically homeless persons including a focus on veterans. Situated on the edge of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve in Sunnyslope, this secured community is accessed through a single point of entry. As one part of a two-part campus, Dunlap Pointe is adjacent to Patina Mountain Preserve, a 55-bed congregate living community. Together, these developments will create a safe and secure environment with rich and holistic supportive services, using best practices from NAC’s 45+ year history serving the residents of Phoenix.
