FSL MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING We offer 26 affordable apartment communities around the state of Arizona, providing a safe, affordable home for seniors, adults with disabilities, and families with low income. ABOUT FSL FSL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to improve the quality of life for vulnerable adults and those that care for them. We are doing this by providing services in four key areas across more than 20 different programs: -Safe and Affordable Homes -Nutritious Meals -Community-based Health and Wellness Programs -Support for Family Caregivers
