We are a 13 unit apartment complex with 8 efficiencies, 2 1-bdrm cottages, a 2-bdrm duplex & a 3-bdrm house that sits on a corner lot on 9 St & Fulton St in Tombstone, AZ. We have off road parking & a laundry mat on site. All units are 1 story & all utilities are included with the efficiencies. Rents range from $540 to $900/month. We do require a holding fee of $150 which is deducted from the security deposit when you move in which is 1 months rent plus $100. We do allow pets but there is a 1 time, $100 fee per pet. Pets must be well trained & on a leash when outside with supervision.
