Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Meridian@101 requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent. Meridian@101 is one of Tempe's newest housing communities for seniors 55 or better. It is ideally situated on the light rail, and close to all that Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer from shopping to restaurants to sporting events and much more!
