Newport at the Rodeo is a brand new community located on S. Nogales Highway, just south of Irvington and just a short distance from the Tucson Rodeo Grounds. It's within walking distance of El Rio Medical Center, bus routes and Rodeo Park. Newport at the Rodeo is also conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping! This community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Newport at the Rodeo requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
