Located at 1717 S Street in the R Street Corridor, ARY Place features 159 affordable apartments and 11,200 SF of commercial space that will include restaurants, retail, and a leasing office along S Street. The project includes a 132-space parking garage and a large private courtyard. Residents will also have access to an exercise studio, a rooftop deck, and a community room with a kitchen, game tables, and media lounge. All the apartments in ARY Place will be affordable at low and very low income levels.
