We have a brand-new community opening in the summer of 2023. Alturas Crossing on Old Alturas Road will be a small affordable community with 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes available. The community will offer a laundry room on-site, basketball area and play structure, as well as a luxurious community room. Two-bedroom town homes will have up to 1149 sqft and three-bedrooms will have up to 1358 sqft. This will allow your family to have space with affordable prices. Our apartments do have income restrictions based on the state restrictions for Tax Credit Housing. The apartment community is currently under construction, please do not drive through the construction area.
