There are furnished ocean view vacation rentals (2 bedroom units) as well as unfurnished studio and 2 bedroom rentals in the complex for lease (one year minimum). You will need to call for availability. All 2 bedroom units have a 2 car garage, hook ups for a washer and dryer and a fireplace in the living room. The studio units have a one car garage and do not have a fireplace. There are 2 laundry rooms with coin operated machines for tenants also. Although each unit does not have an individual yard, the complex has 2 common areas with outside patio tables for tenant enjoyment. Our location is 2 blocks from the beach. It is far enough from the hussle and noise of downtown but close enough to enjoy the ambiance of living at the beach.
