Broad Street Place consists of 40 affordable units and three commercial spaces. Apartment floorplans consist of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom. ADA-accessible units cater to the needs of individuals with mobility, hearing, and vision limitations. To be eligible for Broad Street Place, households must make no more than 60% of the Area Median Income. Some units are designated for specific populations: individuals formerly experiencing homelessness, those living with a disability, and veterans. Rent varies by household size. Water, sewer, and trash utilities are included in the monthly rate.
