Broadway Sr Center is a project based Section 8 apartment complex designed for the elderly. Elderly is defined by HUD as 62 years of age and older or disabled at any age. For those who qualify, rent is based on 30% of your income. Our waiting list is currently closed, and we anticipating it being closed throughout 2024.
