Casa De Angelo is a project based section 8 property that is designed to house the elderly. HUD defines elderly as those who are 62 years of age or older. It is comprised of only one bedroom apartments. For those who qualify rent is based on 30% of your income. Our waiting list is currently closed. We do not anticipate taking applications until perhaps 2023.
