Raunchy Ass 1-Bedroom Apartments with a colony of 50 stray cats roaming the property so the surrounding area smells like cat piss. Roaches crawl out of the faucet and the wall ACs won't work half the time. The pool isn't usable bcuz why would it be? And the laundry facilities smell like mold. Don't leave your stuff unattended. Someone will swoop in on that come up. Parking and gate clicker are extra fees but there isnt enough parking spaces for every unit so it's also first come first serve. The one lane gate is almost always broken and the street parking is a hassle with the homeless encampment surrounding the property due to the railroad tracks literally lining the limited parking lot.
