Built in 2018, Park + Polk offers true San Diego living in between the Hillcrest and University Heights neighborhoods. A modern industrial work of art by Jonathan Segal, the apartment community's H-Shaped design allows light to flood in from a variety of angles, providing beautiful exterior views to residents. There is natural ventilation and lighting in the common areas of the building, along with roof solar panels that offset a portion of the building's core power usage. An above-ground planter showcases drought tolerant plants and is complemented by a beautiful olive tree.
