Inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement that defined California architecture in the early 20th century, Kensington Place combines classic Craftsman details with modern functionality. Bright and airy oversized floor plans (up to 3-bedrooms) and top-floor townhouse-style homes meet handy communal spaces like our onsite Think Tank, an outdoor barbecue bar, and our year-round saltwater lap pool (chlorine? c’mon). And then there’s our clubhouse–The Guild. Whip up a feast in the chef’s kitchen or get lost in one of the books from the in-house library. For getting around, you're just a quick walk to the VTA’s Sunnyvale Station and the 101 or 237 make for easy access to Google, Meta, Apple, or just about any Bay Area employer.
