  “This site allows a max of 3 stars; I'd give ten if I could. I have never before lived in a place as wonderful as this. Been here over a year now, and - management is helpful, maintenance is lightning-fast, capable and kind, and the other tenants are friendly, sociable and actual *neighbors*.
  I can't tell you how fortunate I feel to live in such a beautiful place.
  Apartments are clean and well-maintained, perfect landscaping, a river runs through it with *ducks* on it (and ducklings in the spring), and there is a large, heated swimming pool and hot tub. I don't use the tennis courts (as I'm disabled), but they are present and well-maintained. Everyone has been very kind to me.
  
  I like it so well here that I'm in the process of moving from a studio ($750/575sq.ft.) to a one-bedroom ($998/700 sq.ft.).
  
  I can't over-emphasize what a beautiful place this is to live. I'd recommend it to anyone.
  And ParaTransit comes regularly, as well as being very near the Flex Shuttle stop, a grocery store, a Walgreen's, and all kinds of food (as well as the AC Transit stop, and just over a mile from BART -- between BayFair and San Leandro).”
