Santa Fe Senior Village is a vibrant supportive housing community in downtown Vista, California for seniors who are unhoused or at-risk of becoming unhoused. Developed by National CORE and the San Diego Community Housing Corporation, Santa Fe Senior Village provides 54 fully-furnished studio and one-bedroom apartment home for senior residents, ages 62 or better. The new community is close to the Vista Transit Center Station, connecting residents to mobility options throughout the Northern San Diego region. Onsite amenities include a spacious community center, private case management offices, a community garden and laundry facilities.
