The site consists of 9 one-bedroom units, 32 two-bedroom units, and 11 three-bedroom units. Rehabilitation immediately following the purchase of the property included the addition of a brand new community building, which provides all residents with new laundry facilities, a community kitchen and meeting room, a classroom and counseling room, as well as the office for the on-site manager.
