Templeton Place II is a 36-unit affordable housing community serving seniors (62+) & formerly-homeless veterans. Residents have a variety of living options based on their needs, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans. Rent is variable on the income of the applicant and all utilities are included. Each unit is equipped with appliances, air conditioning, and an emergency call system for safety and peace-of-mind. Accessible design features accommodate those with varied mobility needs.
