Finished for occupancy in 2018, Exponent is a community of 50 units, including 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, some with "tuck-under" garage areas. Made affordable by the low income housing tax credit, the residents must make less than 60% of the area median income (AMI) and meet other qualifications. These are not income-based rentals, but rent is often lower than market.
