Enjoy your stay at the century-old Jacobs Ranch Homestead — a 250-acre working cattle and horse ranch nestled in the mild climate on the Western Slope of the North Fork Valley, CO. A taste of country living where wildlife abounds. The Homestead is inviting to family, friends, and business travelers. We offer four individual rooms to rent or the opportunity to rent the entire home. You are welcome to gaze out at cattle, maybe see a calf being born, and watch horses and dogs work with the livestock.
