Mountain Vista is a Subsidized Housing Complex with one bedroom (658 Sq. Ft.) and two bedroom (817 Sq. Ft.) units. Rent is approximately 1/3rd of the total household's monthly income. We do not allow pets, we do however allow Assistive Animals. Units are air conditioned and we offer an on site laundry facility.
