These apartments are for independent living seniors/handicapped tenants that meet the USDA income guidelines for the project. All apartments (16 units total) are one bedroom, one bath units (approx. 600 sq. feet in size). There is a coin operated laundry facility on site. Since the project is for independent living tenants - there are no services provided to tenants by the project's management (NOT an assisted living facility). Call 970-884-7773 and leave a message if you don't reach anyone, please. We will reply as soon as we are able. Office hours are limited, so we advise you make an appointment to talk with management in person.
