Remington Row offers an alternative to shared leasing. You rent a beautiful, modern bedroom with an attached bathroom and share a kitchen and living room with no more than two other residents. Large, studio-like bedrooms offer generously sized private closets and bathrooms. Heating and air conditioning can be set individually for each bedroom. The community offers free Wi-Fi and bedrooms are individually hard-wired providing various options for cable and internet service. Remington Row is an affordable housing community managed by Housing Catalyst. For more than fifty years, Housing Catalyst has been building community in Northern Colorado.
