The Sheridan Station Apartments is a new eight-story development conveniently located just steps from both the Sheridan Station Light Rail Station on RTD’s W line and a regional bike trail that runs through Lakewood/Dry Gulch Park. The 133 new apartments offer residents full service kitchens with dishwasher, range, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, garbage disposal, storage closet, in‐unit washers and dryers, and cable/internet wiring. The apartments will also be equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling systems. The building also includes a community room, fitness center and on‐site property management. Sheridan Station will offer apartments for both the 60% and 30% AMI limits.
