If you’re looking for, Luxury Student Housing, designed for college students but without the on campus hassles, located within easy walking distance from CMU, where one monthly payment covers everything, then University Point is the place for you! University Point consists of 4 separate apartments, each apartment has 3-4 suites and every suite has its own private bathroom but shares a kitchen, living room and laundry with other residents in the apartment. There will be no more than 4 residents per apartment.
