Village at Westerly Creek (I, II, and III) are affordable housing apartments for seniors (62 years old and over) that are professionally managed by the Aurora Housing Authority. Of the 144 units, 124 of them are on a waiting list maintained by the Authority and open only when advertised. The remaining 20 are regularly leased when available, at affordable non-subsidized rents. With respect to its programs, services, activities, and employment practices, the Aurora Housing Authority abides by the non-discrimination requirements of federal, state, and local law, and administers its programs in accordance with the rules and regulations governing Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity in providing housing assistance.
