Hillside Gardens offers spacious one bedroom flats, and two or three bedroom townhouses located in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Residents enjoy FREE heat and hot water, as well as hardwood floors throughout their units. Children can enjoy the outdoors with the onsite playground. Appliances are included, and some units boast full basements with washer and dryer hook-ups, however there is also an onsite laundry facility. There is no application fee. Hillside Gardens is owned and maintained by The Carabetta Companies. The grounds are professionally maintained by Carabetta's 24 hour Maintenance Team who implement a landscaping plan which offers year-round seasonal color.
