All options have beautiful kitchens featuring granite, a tiled backsplash, and white cabinets that flow into a spacious living room with access to a private deck or patio. The owner provides a washer and dryer in-unit. Water, sewer, snow removal, and landscaping are also included. Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, and hot water. Residents are provided one parking space and may purchase one additional parking space based on availability.
