Eco Oaks Apartments – Affordable Housing Housing does more than provide physical shelter, it gives people a sense of belonging, a safer living environment, and a community to call home. We created Eco Oaks Apartments, in alignment with the mission of our programs, to empower our clients and the community to access an affordable housing solution. Located in Seminole Heights, Eco Oaks is a gated affordable housing complex consisting of 18 environmentally friendly one and two-bedroom apartment homes. We are family-friendly, walking distance to grocery and bus routes, with flexible lease terms and on-site property management. Income requirements are based on 30-80% AMI (average median income).
