About St Charles Row St Charles Row is a large apartment community located in southeast St Petersburg, near Pinellas Pt Park. From the tree lined avenue at our entry to our two sparkling pools, St Charles Row is a beautiful community. All of our apartment homes were extensively renovated a few years ago and now include stainless steel appliances, faux wood plank flooring, plush carpet in the bedrooms, and upgraded cabinetry.
