Timberland Apartments is a Apartment Community Located in Ocala Florida. Small and secluded property located on the South West side of town, close to the Equestrian Center and airport, schools, restaurants and shopping! Some of our units are brand new, while others offer upgraded appliances, new carpet, and flooring. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer at no additional cost! Renter Guidelines Application Fee $50 per person (Non-refundable). No evictions within the last 5 years. Minimum credit score of 600 and Income must be 3 times the rent.
