RENDER Turner Lake will consist of 300 residences within 5 4-story buildings and an abundance of greenspace. The project will utilize Crescent’s recently developed RENDER 60-unit per building prototype design with elevators, creating a differentiated product from our current Covington project and the only offering within the submarket with elevators. The property will offer direct access to 158-acre Turner Lake Park offering four softball fields, a 34K athletics building, a football/cheerleading field, and a 26-acre lake. The site is also adjacent to an Ingles-anchored shopping center. The community will be conveniently located directly off 1-20 providing quick access to the interstate and connectivity to Atlanta.
