This building is ideal for U of C students, doctors, and affiliates as it offers nineteen units in a blend of two, three and four bedrooms, as well as a five-bedroom duplex. All homes have their own washer and dryer, feature multiple bathrooms, high ceilings, individual high-speed Wi-Fi, and full stainless-steel appliance packages. It is equipped with security cameras in all common areas and a state-of-the-art camera intercom system. Packages are handled through an Amazon Hub located in one of the lobbies.
