Broker owned. Constructed in 2002, this is a senior, independent living community that is non-income restricted. This means that residents do not need to be under a certain maximum income to qualify. Each unit has central air, gas heat, stove and refrigerator. The rent includes water/sewer, lawn care and snow removal. We have both one and two bedroom units. There are no steps or thresholds and all doors are 36 inches wide. Everything is very easily accessible.
