Evansville Townhomes preserves and rehabs 30 units of existing scattered site housing throughout the city of Evansville and creates 30 new apartments units in one multi-story building. The new affordable community buiilding is located near downtown Evansville in the Old Erie neighborhood. All single family homes are 3 bedroom units and the apartments are 2 or 3 bedroom units. Evansville Townhomes offer newly constructed apartments and rehabbed homes near downtown Evansville. They are located within blocks of Downtown, including cMoe and the African American Museum and only a short drive to Mesker Park Zoo. These are affordable, quality housing and living units.
