Penelope 60 provides affordable 1 bedroom apartments for adults 62 and older. We are accepting applications for our waiting list. Please call the office to request an application. AHEPA Senior Living Apartments are subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent is generally based on 30 percent of the resident’s adjusted gross monthly income.
