Starting in February 2020 this building's management was taken over by Midtowne Realty, Inc. Since then over $200,000 worth of improvements have been made, the super Clayton is no longer present, the basement garage has been re-opened, and many tenants have been evicted. Midtowne Realty has a earned a reputation for quality management and we hope to see improved reviews as we continue to improve the property, select quality residents, and responsibly manage this property.
