Building amenities include a pottery room with kiln, music practice room, performance/community display space, computer room, media room, fitness center, outdoor terrace with gas grill, underground parking and additional storage included, secured access. Downtown Des Moines provides convenience, entertainment, and employment opportunities all within walking distance. Income restrictions apply to some units. One member of household must be actively involved in visual, performance or some other form of the arts to qualify.
