Penelope 38 is an affordable senior housing community located in Ankeny, IA. The building was built in 1995 and is comprised of 53 units. All units feature a full-sized stove and refrigerator, plenty of kitchen cabinets, and mini blinds on windows. The building also has a community activity room, on-site laundry, and beautifully landscaped grounds. There are age and income requirements in order to reside at Penelope 38.
