Pierce School Lofts is a gorgeous historical building that underwent a top to bottom remodel beginning in 2012. After four years, Pierce School 13 reopened as Pierce School Lofts. Pierce is the only apartment complex of its size in The Village of East Davenport. There are a total of 41 units with layouts ranging from Studio to two bedroom, one bathroom units. Pierce features controlled access, hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large picture windows and breathtaking views of the Mississippi river.
