Roosevelt School is a true community landmark. Opened in 1888 as Clinton's high school and public library, this beautifully restored historic building now offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. All apartments feature soaring ceilings, large historic windows, restored hardwood floors, and other one-of-a-kind features. Most apartments (not all) are income restricted. Application fee: $25/adult over age 18 Security deposit: 1 month's rent Utilities included in your rent: Water, Sewer, Trash To qualify for an income restricted apartment at Roosevelt School, your household's income must fall below a specified amount (listed on the property's website).
