Spruce Pointe Apartments include FREE HEAT (you control the thermostat), FREE WATER, FREE SEWER, FREE TRASH, Dish TV Top 200 (240 channels), cable (95 channels) and 100 mbps Internet with WIFI! A few units include more or less. The only utility you pay is electricity which we guarantee $30 in a 1 bedroom, $35 in a 2 bedroom, and $45 in a 3 bedroom, even including air conditioning!
