The Stritz is a deluxe building of 27 beautiful apartments, on Welch Avenue, just an eight-minute walk to central campus, conveniently located near the shops and restaurants of Campustown. The Stritz has been family owned and operated since 1963. We pride ourselves on providing both high-quality apartments and service to our residents.
