The rent for our subsidized units is based on the total gross income in your household and calculated at approximately 30%. Utilities are included with the rent. There can be a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 people to reside in a 2 bedroom unit and a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6 people to reside in a 3 bedroom unit. The main floor of our unit offers a kitchen, dining room, and living room area, there is a full unfinished basement with laundry hookups available, the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the 2nd floor of the unit.
