About
Baldwin Retirement Apartment Complex Inc. (BRAC) was established as a non-profit entity by Baldwin City activist Mary Louise Hancuff and a group of area residents who saw a need for affordable homes for seniors. Thanks to their diligent work, 32 apartments at 1016 Orchard Lane and 24 apartments at 1119 Jersey Street were build. Today, these two properties provide homes for seniors, disabled persons, and small families.
